Mr. Malav Ashwin Dani
Promoter and Non-Executive Director

Mr. Malav Dani holds B.S. (Bachelor of Science) degree from Purdue University and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Columbia University, USA. He has worked with GE for 6 years, during which he completed the Information Management Leadership (IMLP) program as well as Quality Six Sigma Black Belt program of GE and has tactfully implemented these theories in the business. He worked with GE’s Corporate Treasury department and the project he helmed won the Alexander Hamilton Corporate Treasury Award. He has also worked on customer centricity initiatives at Asian Paints Ltd. as a Manager-Quality in 2005 and now serves as a Non-Executive Director on its Board. He holds an experience of over a decade in NBFC sector.

Mr. Malav Dani is a recipient of the ‘Yuva Icon Award’ presented by Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam. He received the “Business Excellence and Innovative Best Practices Award” from Dr. Pranab Mukherjee. In addition to this he is also the recipient of the ‘Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award 2015, India’ and the ‘Corporate Excellency Award 2018’ from Enterprise Asia.

Mr. Bomi Pesi Chinoy

Mr. Bomi Chinoy is an Associate Chartered Accountant, L.L.B and B.Com. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1967, Mr. Chinoy served in reputed Companies of India. He worked in Tata Group for a period of 35 years in various capacities. His experience in Corporate Finance, Company Law, Income Tax Law, Secretarial and Administrative fields, etc are more beneficial to the Company. After his retirement in Tata Chemicals Ltd., he also served as CEO of Tatachem Golden Jubilee Foundation (Charitable Trust) for a period of 10 years. He has a vast experience in the field of Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Secretarial and General Administration.

Mr. Viraf Rustom Mehta
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Viraf Mehta has more than 40 years of experience in Audit, Assurance and Business Advisory Services. He has experience in management of a professional firm employing over 400 people and has headed the Audit and Assurance practice of the firm for several years. He has considerable experience of having worked with a broad range of Indian and Multinationals clients in the Public and Private sectors and was the engagement partner for several major companies listed on Indian Stock Exchanges and other large companies in the public and private sectors. He has also handled assignments relating to special audits and investigations on behalf of the Reserve Bank of India, Securities Exchange Board of India and on behalf of the Special Court set up under the Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities Act, 1992. He has been on the Board of Directors of some companies and a bank and is a member on the committees of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and of the ICAI as an invitee.

Mr. Phillie Dara Karkaria
Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr. Phillie Karkaria has over four decades (1970-2013) of comprehensive professional experience both domestic and international, covering almost all aspects of financial management across very renowned corporations like Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited and Tata Sons Limited, both in Mumbai, Touche Ross & Co., (currently Deloitte & Co) and Standard Telephones & Cables (STC) PLC – a subsidiary of ITT Worldwide Tele Communications, both in London, and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) in UAE. His experience includes senior responsibility at board level positions for over 25 years, which reflects exposure across business, industry as well as economic cycles.

He has been on the Board of Directors of some companies as an Independent Director and a bank and was associated with Governing Council of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK ; Institute of Internal Auditors of India ; Banking and Finance sub-committee of ASSOCHAM, CII, Bombay Chamber of Commerce ; Real Estate Committee of FICCI ; Construction Sector Development Council (skills development initiative of Gol) and is a Vice Chairman of St. John Ambulance Association, Maharashtra State, India.

Mr. Percy Jal Dajee

Mr. Percy Dajee is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He was a Director Finance & Company Secretary in his previous organisation M/s. De Beers India Private Limited.

He is having an overall experience of four decades and has held Directorship in several other Companies in the past.

Ms. Hetali Mehta

Ms. Hetali Mehta is a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) i.e., Company Secretary (CS) by Profession, having a good experience in Secretarial and Compliance matters. She has served at various listed and unlisted entities.

Ms. Hetali has been working as Senior Executive Company Secretary of the Company since May 2020.
